Our secret is out, we have been busy working with a local award winning distillery to produce two signature small batch artisan gins that reflect the Spiritualists passion for fine drinks for fine folk.
Our signature dry gin “Divine Roots’ is made the old fashioned way in a copper pot still, featuring botanicals that include: Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Tellicherry Pepper, Lemon, Lime, flesh and zest of Red Grapefruit & Bramley Apple. delivering a smooth 43% gin, making it perfect for a Martini or classic G&T
Our second concoction “Forbidden Fruits” uses our London Dry but with the addition of classic Raspberry and exotic Pineapple. This 40% gin is great mixed with soda or lemonade for a forbidden treat!
The drinks will be on sale at our bar in Lichfield and our mobile horse box alongside select local outlets.
